Maintenance Of Web Hosting Servers

Power upgrade

MTN Business is working on major upgrades of their electrical infrastructure at their Gallo Manor Data Centre, in a concerted effort to resolve the power issues experienced in the past.

Maintenance: This evening at 19:45

You are receiving this email as your website hosting profile will be affected by this maintenance. Comp U Easy’s hosting partner Hetzner, will have two temporary generators and a UPS system operating during maintenance to ensure that these servers have power throughout the maintenance period.

The maintenance will require our partner Hetzner to power-down our hosting servers on two occasions in order to move your server(s) to the temporary power supply and then to move them back again (each power-down will last between 30 to 60 minutes):

Today, 4 November between 19h30 and 19h45
Hetzner will send an SMS as soon as the maintenance is complete, informing us at Comp U Easy when they will be powering-down your server(s) for the second time.

The maintenance window is scheduled to end on Sunday, 6 November at 19h00. However, we anticipate a shorter maintenance window period, possibly as early as Saturday mid-day.

During the maintenance period, Comp U Easy will make every effort to minimise the impact to our customers. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
